A product sold under the brand name AzaMax has tested positive for permethrin, a pesticide that is banned for use on cannabis in the state of Colorado.

This product is on the List of Approved Cannabis Pesticides published by the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA).

The Oregon Department of Agriculture ordered the stoppage of sale and distribution of Parry America’s AzaMax in Oregon (read advisory here).

We want to disclose this information to our testing partners so that you may make your own decisions about using AzaMax, while Colorado investigation is pending.

Update: We want to acknowledge that the stoppage in Oregon was temporary and that this notice serves to loop in the Colorado industry on more recent, local testing.
