The Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) officially confirmed that they are pushing back the implementation date for mandatory mycotoxin and heavy metal screening, as well as various tests for audited products.
Here are the updated implementation dates as of today:
- Heavy Metal – January 1, 2020
- Mycotoxin – TBD (based on more labs becoming certified)
- Audited Product (inhaler, nasal spray, and suppository) – TBD (based on more labs becoming certified)
