They are coming off a record year in testing throughout and financial performance. THCL, a newer entrant, brings state of the art equipment, methods and facilities to the partnership.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cCMT and THCL represent the best service and science in cannabis testing. The complementary capabilities of our two labs generate great synergy giving AgriScience a strong platform for growth,\u201d said AgriScience CEO Frank Traylor.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Each cannabis laboratory in Colorado develops proprietary processes and systems. Approval of these is evaluated by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for certification. The CMT\/THCL merger will allow AgriScience to identify best practices and standardize across the enterprise.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cBetween the two companies, we\u2019ve found some truly different approaches to solving testing challenges. Our teams in both labs are excited about the levels of service and efficiency we are finding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>AgriScience will consolidate testing operations into a single location, while leaving a second location for customer service and sample drop-off.
